Shipping is free from 59€ worldwide. Postage and packing for orders below 59€ is only 3.99€. Majority of orders are shipped with DHL.
Please note that VAT/duties may apply for European countries outside of the EU and for Russia.
Do you cover duties and customs?
We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to all EU countries, which means we cover all relevant import taxes and duties. However, non-EU countries are subject to import tax and duties. The shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your goods. All other non-customs related local taxes, such as Use Tax, are not covered by Monafi. Some countries may be subject to additional fees, such as Spain.
Do you charge VAT?
All prices displayed on our site are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax.) You will not be charged at checkout.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We do our best to process purchases placed within the next business day the latest. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take up to 5 business days to process and ship.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
EU and UK: 1-3 business days
Non-EU: 7-10 business days (Please note there may be delays due to customs)
The above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and respective international customs. Monafi is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email from us with a tracking link. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please email us at email@example.com.
What happens if my package gets lost?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Free returns policy
We encourage you to order several products so that you can try and compare them all at home and feel which ones suit your personality, mood or outfit the best. Once you have made your selection you can conveniently send the rest back to us. Returns are easy and completely free of charge.
For returning the product please email us email@example.com with the following information:

We will then provide a pre-paid shipping label for you via email. For DHL, all return packages can be given to any DHL driver or taken to any location of DHL Customer Center. There is no charge to drop off a pre-paid return package.
Once we have received the returned product. After we have received your shipment it will take us up to 3 business days to check the product and proceed with refunds. We do refunds to the same account from where the purchase was made.
More about returns
Please note that you have 14 days to return purchased items after receiving the shipment. Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise. The returned merchandise must be packed in the original Monafi jewelry box.
The product arrived damaged
Please send us email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, detailed description including photo of the damaged jewelry and package. We’ll get back to you next business day the latest.
