In addition to these conditions, the legal relationships arising from the distribution of products via the e-store, are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The owner of the e-store (named e-store in following) is OÜ Sikka. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.


Sikka OÜ and the customer enter into a contract after the payment for the goods has been transferred to the account of Sikka OÜ. Goods will not be reserved before the payment.


The prices of the products sold in e-store are indicated on the product pages. All product prices are given in euros. Sale prices are listed on the product page, both the original and the discount price. If the amount of total decrease less than 59€ after applying the regular customer discount and/ or the discount code, the delivery fee will be added to the order. The delivery fee depends on the location of the customer and the method of the delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the customer when placing the order.


The availability of the products indicated in the e-store correspond to the actual amount of products available. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price/availability of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct terms or cancelling it.


To order the products, the desired products must be added to the shopping bag. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the suitable method for product delivery. The amount of the order total will be displayed on the screen and after that will be next step to choose the payment methods that suits you the best: Swedbank, SEB Bank, Luminor Bank, LHV Bank, Coop Bank or Pocopay with bank link or paying with the credit card. Payment will be made in euros.


Shipping is free from 59€ worldwide. Postage and packing for orders below 59€ is 2.99€ in Estonia and 3.99€ worldwide. Your order will be completed after the invoice is paid and order will be handed over to our logistics partner (Smartpost, Omniva, SmartKuller, DHL or other courier) to deliver your goods to you safely. The delivery terms indicted on Monafi website are valid from the moment of payment is made. Monafi is not responsible for delays in the delivery and misunderstandings, in case if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy information provided by the customer. Delivery time within Estonia is 1-2 business days and 7-10 business days worldwide.


Return of the products is free of charge in all countries under the terms of this agreement. Products purchased from Monafi can be returned within 14 days of the date of goods received. Return rights do not apply if the customer is a legal entity. The goods must be posted via Itella Smartpost, Omniva parcel machine, DHL or other selected couriers within 14 days after receiving the delivery. We will refund you for the returned products within 1-3 business days from the time goods reach us. Shipping charges paid by the customer are refunded as well.

Condition of the products returned:

* The product can’t be damaged

If the returned product or packaging is damaged and the damage is caused by non-targeted use or by circumstances that are not caused by Sikka OÜ, Sikka OÜ has the right to decrease the value of the product that you have paid for and you will be refunded the difference. Sikka OÜ will send you a statement.

* Product doesn’t have signs of use

If the product has been used, we are guided by the principle of reasonable use – if the unsuitability is determined by trying the goods out, the goods are considered unused. Sikka  OÜ has the right to offset the decrease in the value of the product that you have paid for and and you will be refunded the difference.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, Sikka OÜ is under obligation to accept your complaint and issue a written response within 15 days.


 Each of the participating parties in the contract (Sikka OÜ and the Customer) will be liable for the caused damage to the other party by violating the terms of this agreement which are in accordance with the general provision of Estonian law.

Sika OÜ will not be liable to the customer for any non-performance which is due to force majeure. If the delay in delivery of the product or damage is caused due to a circumstance which Sikka OÜ could not influence or foreseen, the circumstances will be considered as force majeure.

Sikka OÜ is not liable for the loss or damage to the product that has occured after the product has been handed over to the carrier.

Sikka OÜ is responsible for the customer to the extent of the product sale price.

Sikka OÜ does not take responsibility for any damages caused by defective products, such as damages to property or information, loss of turnover or profit.


By using Sikka OÜ e-store you give clear and voluntary consent to processing your personal data under the conditions provided for in this agreement.

The personal data is stored in a customer database and in strictly used for sales purposes only. Sikka OÜ sends newsletters, special offers and invitations to customer events to loyal customers who have expressed the interest by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has agreed to receive direct mail notifications.

The customer can always unsubscribe from receiving these letters by sending a corresponding e-mail or by following the instructions in the newsletter. The customer has the right to request information about the data we collect at any time.

The personal information necessary for the delivery of goods has only been forwarded to the extent strictly necessary. The data about the client and their order that is stored in the orders’ environment of the e-store are treated as confidential information. We will not disclose the information to third parties.

You can be sure that we have a safe shopping environment and we’ll not pass your information to third parties.

Sikka OÜ e-store offers secure payment system that does not allow to deal with card fraud. Sikka OÜ is responsible for processing the data. Sikka OÜ forwards the necessary personal data for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Sikka OÜ has the right to change and supplement the terms and conditions of this agreement and the price list due to the development of the e-store and in the interest of better and safer use of the e-store.

Amendments, supplements to the Terms and Conditions and the price list shall enter into force upon publication of the respective amendment or supplement on the website If you have forwarded you order before the Terms and Conditions has come into force, then the Terms and Conditions will apply to the legal relationship between customer and Sikka OÜ which were in force at the time when the order was submitted, unless otherwise was provided by law or validated differently within an agreement.
