I submitted my order but I chose the wrong item. Can I change the item or cancel the order?
We want our customers to receive their orders quick as possible, so we’ll start preparing your order as soon as it arrives. Our online shop does not allow changing or cancelling the already submitted order. I just submitted my order, should I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, you’ll receive confirmation email after order submission. We will email you again after we have completed the shipment process.
Can I order from Monafi online shop without registering as a user?
Yes, but we highly recommend you to sign up as it makes it easier to place orders in the future. It is also much more convenient for registered users to return products.
I just submitted my order, but I need to change the shipment address. How can I do this?
Since we process the orders very fast there you cannot change this yourself. Please contact us by phone +372 6005 500, via chat or email email@example.com.
When will I receive my order?
We do our best to process purchases placed within the next business day the latest. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season and sale periods may take up to 5 business days to process and ship.
Average delivery times:
EU and UK: 1-3 business days
Non-EU: 7-10 business days (Please note there may be delays due to customs)

DISCOUNTS AND NEW OFFERS
I have a discount code, how to add it to my order?
Discount code can be added while either in the shopping cart or by entering the code just before checkout. After entering the code, please press “Refresh the shopping bag”.
How do discounts and offers work?
New offers are set within specific timelines. Discounts can not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards or shipment fees. Offers and discounts can not be combined. In case of returning items regarding the campaign buy one, get another free, returning fee will be covered by the customer and the cost for the returned product will be refunded fully. If one of the items fits and another does not, then please contact us. “Buy more, save more” discount will be applied only when the minimum order is fulfilled.
I have more than one discount code. Can I apply all of them to my one order?
No, please use only one discount code per order.
Can I return or change the gift which has come along with my purchase?
Gifts can not be changed or returned.
I lost one of my earring! Is it possible to buy just one earring?
Yes if we have identical earring in the stock. Please send us information/photo of your particular earring and we will offer you a new earring(s) with 50% discount. For more info please contact us.
How to return items?
After delivery you have 14 days to return purchased items. More about return policy here.
How long does it take to complete the returning process?
After we have received your shipment it will take us up to 3 business days to check the product and proceed with refunds.
How to take good care of jewelry I have bought from your online shop?
Our jewelry is made from brass and is gold-plated with 14K yellow or pink gold or white or black rhodium. Over time and without care the coating material can wear out. We recommend you to be careful when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, washing your hair, etc. Soaps, chlorine, cleaning supplies or hair products can damage the coating material. We recommend keeping the jewelry in your Monafi jewelry box. Please use soft and lint free cloth to keep the jewelry clean and shiny. You can find more information about the jewelry care here.
Can I wear Monafi`s jewelry at the pool or sea?
We recommend removing the jewelry before showering, going to pool or to the sea. Please also avoid contact with soap, shampoo, chlorine and salt water.
What is the care for pearls and semi-precious stones?
Please use a soft and lint free cloth to clean the jewelry. Various perfumes, hair sprays, cleaning and washing products can ruin pearls and semi-precious stones.

How to choose the right necklace, ring or bracelet size?
For necklaces please choose the appropriate chain length yourself. Rings and bracelets are usually universal in size. Other specific information is included in the product description.
What should I do when my jewelry has been damaged during the shipping process?
Please send us email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, detailed description including photo of the damaged jewelry and package. We’ll get back to you next business day the latest.
